JP Collaborations and Juliette

JP is a staff member at the Cha Cha and a great artist who just had a major show at Gilbert’s in Seattle. At the club we would wind up hanging out and drawing together.

The Juliette series is drawn mostly from photographs. She also turns up in newspaper articles and at events around the world, representing the sexiest women in the world. I met Juliette at the club the day after her 21st birthday, and we have been great friends ever since. A drawing I made of her at the Cha Cha was the very first drawing of the Ladies of the Cha Cha—she gets the credit for starting the whole series.
